Esra Al-Sulaiman 

Esra heads the Saudi Arabia desk at the firm. She specializes in business law and foreign investment. She has advised multinational corporations, public and private companies, as well as numerous businesses with commercial transactions including cross-border and domestic mergers, acquisitions, takeovers and management buy-outs in the Kingdom.

In addition to being the Managing Partner at her own firm she previously lectured professionals on various legal subjects at Jeddah University. She is a graduate of the renowned King Abdulaziz University and holds a Masters in International Business Law from Pace University (New York). She is currently undertaking complex research on FDI as part of her Doctoral studies.

Various international companies have sought Esra’s counsel to assist on projects, banking transactions, due diligence, intellectual property issues and negotiations with local partners. She is experienced with the media and entertainment sectors in Saudi and advises several agencies in this regard.
