David O’Malley
David (Solicitor, Ireland) has a Masters in European and International Comparative Law and has lectured on Constitutional and Contract Law. He is a specialist in the field of clinical and medical accidents. David has successfully concluded many complex medical negligence (tort) cases including those involving: Cerebral Palsy, Cardiology, Orthopaedics, Fatal Injuries, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Accident & Emergency Negligence, Dental Negligence, Eye Injuries, GP Negligence, Spinal Injury, Surgical Negligence, Shoulder Injuries, Neurology, Misdiagnosis, Delayed Diagnosis etc. He is a published author in his field (Clarus Press).
David is an influential manager with a renowned personality for ‘getting the deal through’. His astute management of disputes have resulted in settlements for multi-million euros. Indeed, he has been involved in some of the highest ever awards to be given in the history of the Irish State and successfully concluded some landmark cases which have shaped Irish Law.
David has also given lectures to the Law Society of Ireland and contributed to reports for the Justice Oireachteas Committee of Ireland.
